David is a double Masters graduate from Cambridge University, where he studied law, economics and management studies. Founder of My Parcel Delivery and Electio, both now part of the MPD Group, David is the winner of numerous accolades and awards.
These include: Entrepreneur of the Year; Forbes’ Most Exciting UK business; Best Technology Company; and Online Business of the Year.
Being highly ambitious, infectiously energetic plus having an unerring eye for a business opportunity are the keys to David’s success. He is always on the side of growing businesses and determined to be an enabler of success and profitability for customers.

With a hugely impressive IT background, John joined the Electio board in September 2015 as Non-Executive Director, commenting that the software was the best he’d seen in the last few years. During his seven years at AO.com he led the technical development of the systems site which played a key role in enabling them to raise £1.2bn at IPO in 2014. John’s success is due to his passion for building great teams, keen commercial focus and ability to realise the full potential of new technologies.

Andrew joined Electio in 2014 and heads up the team responsible for developing new commercial client relationships. It’s the perfect role for someone who spent 20 years in the logistics industry, most recently with Yodel and CollectPlus developing delivery services for major retailers, before moving on to a delivery management technology business, building carrier partner relationships and helping to develop innovative new services.
Andrew’s claim to fame is being instrumental in the development and launch of the first Pick-Up Drop-Off (PUDO) network in the UK, a service that has transformed the e-retail delivery industry.
Andrew has a reputation of being an all-round nice guy and no matter what anyone else says – Andrew insists he isn’t bald, he chooses to sport his super short hairstyle.Connect with Andrew
Director of Client Technology
Paul joined Electio in October 2015 from MetaPack, where he was director of service excellence. He’s excited to be part of the team bringing innovation to the market and is responsible for all aspects of service delivery, including on-boarding, supporting clients to realise all the benefits of Electio and ensuring future service developments match client requirements.
Paul is steeped in the logistics industry, having also worked for UPS and Canute Group. He’s a champion of ITIL practices, promoter of corporate values and has an unhealthy level of knowledge about label production!
Outside of work, Paul loves spending time with his children indulging their passions for gaming and Stagecoach Theatre Arts. He also enjoys hacking out on his gentle giant of a horse Badger (17.2 hands) and has even competed at the North West Open Championship Show, with a rehabilitated racehorse Quinn.Connect with Paul

Ruta brings outstanding technical and project management skills to MPD Group, leading our high performing tech team to design and develop Electio’s powerful software.
Ruta has divided her career between building software and actual buildings while always championing Agile and Lean approaches.

With his extensive background in logistics, we were delighted to welcome Anthony to the Electio team in November 2015. Not only has he worked in the delivery management technology industry, he has enjoyed success at Yodel and then as part of the team that launched Collect+, the UK’s first click and collect model.
As National Sales Manager, he is responsible for developing eCommerce channel relationships for Electio, helping solution providers add value to their client propositions.

UK Partner Manager
Vickey joins Electio with a wealth of expertise across the Logistics sector including Warehousing, Software, Customer Service and Sales.
With over 20 years’ experience working within the industry for companies including Shop Direct Group, Yodel and MetaPack, Vickey arrives with a reputation for relationship management, high attention to detail, and a natural flair for troubleshooting at an operational level.
A keen equestrian, Vickey has 10 ponies and regularly competes in national events, having been placed at the Horse of the Year Show a remarkable 4 times. Vickey also judges horse competitions at an elite level, including the Royal Welsh and various National Championship events.Connect with Vickey
Digital Marketing Manager
Rhea joined us at Electio in April 2014 following 8 years at Think Money Group where she quickly made her mark, rising through the ranks to become Marketing Channel Manager. Whilst there, she achieved an impressive 13% reduction in acquisition costs and increased lead volumes by 22%. An accomplished channel marketer, Rhea is never happier than when up to her eyes in data, looking for the next campaign tweak that will help more customers find us or improve the experience for customers on our websites.
To take a break from the numbers, Rhea enjoys her weekly book group, which appears to involve more reading of wine labels than books! She is also growing her own retail empire selling on eBay.Connect with Rhea
Head of Finance
Danny joined the MPD Group in April 2014 and heads up the finance team. He keeps a keen eye on the numbers and says his reason for taking on the role was the opportunity to become part of the Electio process and see this game-changing idea come to market.
A politics graduate from Leeds Uni, Danny went on to become a qualified ACA accountant with Grant Thornton where he worked in Audit and Corporate Finance and as an internal Business Analyst for Grant Thornton North West and Yorkshire Regions.
Danny is a real team player in and out of work; a talented and enthusiastic footballer, he enjoys playing eleven-a-side in the North West Counties for West Didsbury and Chorlton FC.Connect with Danny
