For instance, if you’re receiving orders from a certain country, does that make it your first choice for expansion? Not necessarily! It might be a bad idea if local courier services are immature. Similarly, if you’re known for your fast delivery in the UK, how will you translate that reputation to Europe or further? Have you taken into account what the customer expectations are in that country? An example is the mature market for lockers in eastern Europe which are still very new in the UK.
